Terms of Service

1. The service

Avesta Agency provides a dashboard for managing online advertising: performance reporting, balance top-ups and invoicing, and a limited set of campaign controls for the Google Ads accounts you connect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Connected advertising accounts

You may connect only advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account you instruct us to read its data and to apply the changes you request through the interface. You may disconnect an account or revoke our access at any time; doing so stops reporting and campaign controls for that account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful advertising or for content prohibited by the advertising networks.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its access controls.
• Do not resell or automate access to the platform without our written agreement.

5. Payments and balance

Top-ups are credited to your balance after the payment is confirmed. Advertising spend is deducted according to the figures reported by the advertising network. Invoices are issued for the amounts paid. Refunds of an unused balance are handled case by case in line with the applicable law and with the network's own rules.

6. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and its data current, but reporting depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avesta Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost advertising opportunity, arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Any remaining balance is settled according to section 5.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes are announced to signed-in users inside the dashboard.
